慢性阻塞性肺炎合并呼吸衰竭53例临床救治体会探究实践

Exploration and practice of clinical treatment of 53 cases of chronic obstructive pneumonia combined with respiratory failure

目的:探究无创通气技术治疗慢性阻塞性肺炎合并呼吸衰竭的效果。方法:2018年9月-2019年12月收治慢性阻塞性肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者106例,随机分为两组,各53例。对照组给予常规综合内科治疗;试验组在常规综合内科治疗基础上增加无创通气技术。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及FEV1/FVC(%)等各项肺功能指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将无创通气技术应用于慢性阻塞性肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者的治疗中,有助于提高治疗效果,对患者的病情康复有积极意义。

Objective:To explore the effect of non-invasive ventilation technology in the treatment of chronic obstructive pneumonia combined with respiratory failure.Methods:From September 2018 to December 2019,106 patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia and respiratory failure were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional comprehensive medical treatment.The experimental group added non-invasive ventilation technology on the basis of conventional comprehensive medical treatment.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of lung function indexes such as FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC(%)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of non-invasive ventilation technology in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia combined with respiratory failure can help improve the treatment effect and has a positive significance for the rehabilitation of patients.
