摘要 目的:探究胎心监护联合脐动脉血气分析评估围生期窒息的临床价值。方法:选取2020年9月-2021年3月进入产房待产的孕产妇60例,分为两组,各30例。试验组胎心监护异常;对照组胎心监护正常。评估围生期窒息与脐动脉血气分析、胎心监护以及Apgar评分之间的关系。结果:试验组脐动脉血气分析pH值显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着pH值的降低,Apgar评分不断升高,新生儿窒息的发生率和胎心异常发生率不断增加。结论:在围生期窒息的评估中,胎心监护可有效预测胎儿窘迫,胎心监护联合脐动脉血气分析能够进一步实现产前验证,可准确评估和诊治围生期窒息,对改善预后具有重要意义。 Objective:To explore the clinical accuracy of fetal heart monitoring combined with umbilical artery blood gas analysis in evaluating perinatal asphyxia.Methods:From September 2020 to March 2021,60 pregnant women who entered the delivery room for delivery were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The fetal heart rate monitoring in the experimental group was abnormal.The fetal heart rate monitoring in the control group was normal.We evaluated the relationship between perinatal asphyxia and umbilical artery blood gas analysis,fetal heart rate monitoring,and Apgar score.Results:The PH value of umbilical artery blood gas analysis in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).As the pH value decreases,the Apgar score continues to increase,and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia and abnormal fetal heart rate continue to increase.Conclusion:In the assessment of perinatal asphyxia,fetal heart rate monitoring can effectively predict fetal distress,and fetal heart rate monitoring combined with umbilical artery blood gas analysis can further realize prenatal verification,and can accurately evaluate,diagnose and treat perinatal asphyxia,which is of great significance to improve the prognosis.
