心力衰竭合并心律失常应用胺碘酮及厄贝沙坦联合治疗的效果观察

Observation on the effect of combined treatment of amiodarone and irbesartan on heart failure complicated with arrhythmia

目的:观察心力衰竭合并心律失常应用胺碘酮及厄贝沙坦联合治疗的效果。方法:2019年6月-2020年6月收治慢性心衰合并心律失常患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予胺碘酮治疗;观察组给予胺碘酮与厄贝沙坦联合治疗。比较两组心脏功能指标、心功能治疗效果及心律失常的治疗效果。结果:观察组心功能治疗总有效率及心律失常治疗总效率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后心脏功能各项指标水平均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常能改善心功能指标水平,提升治疗有效率。

Objective:To observe the effect of combined treatment of amiodarone and irbesartan on heart failure with arrhythmia.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,100 patients with chronic heart failure and arrhythmia were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given amiodarone treatment.The observation group was given amiodarone and irbesartan combined treatment.We compared cardiac function indicators,cardiac function treatment effects and arrhythmia treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total efficiency of treatment for cardiac function and arrhythmia in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of cardiac function in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone combined with irbesartan in the treatment of heart failure combined with arrhythmia can improve the index of heart function and increase the effective rate of treatment.
