非感染性颅内静脉血栓形成合并脑出血的临床特点分析

Analysis of the clinical features of non-infectious cerebral venous sinus thrombosis complicated with intracerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨非感染性颅内静脉血栓形成(CVST)合并脑出血(ICH)的临床特点。方法:2017年1月-2020年1月收治非感染性CVST患者68例,包括出血组22例和未出血组46例。比较两组患者的一般资料、既往病史、潜在危险因素及临床表现。结果:出血组患者年龄高于未出血组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出血组妊娠和产褥期患者的比例高于未出血组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出血组癫痫、失语及意识障碍患者的比例高于未出血组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非感染性CVST合并ICH患者的年龄较大,妊娠和产褥期患者占比高,癫痫、失语、意识障碍患者更为常见。

Absract Objective:To investigate the clinical features of non-infectious cerebral venous sinus thrombosis(CVST)complicated with intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods:From January 2017 to January 2020,68 patients of non-infectious CVST were selected,including 22 patients in the bleeding group and 46 patients in the non-bleeding group.We compared the general clinical information,past medical history,potential factors,clinical manifestations between two groups.Results:Patients of the bleeding group had an older age than the non-bleeding group(P<0.05).The proportion of pregnant and puerperium patients in the bleeding group was higher than that in the non-bleeding group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The epilepsy,aphasia and disturbance of consciousness in the bleeding group were more prominent than those in the non-bleeding group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with non-infectious CVST and ICH are older,the proportion of patients in pregnancy and puerperium is high,and patients with epilepsy,aphasia,and disturbance of consciousness are more common.
