盐酸氨溴索联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入在小儿肺炎治疗中的效果及不良反应分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探究盐酸氨溴索联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入在小儿肺炎治疗中的临床效果及不良反应发生率。方法:2019年2月-2021年1月收治小儿肺炎患者80例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗;观察组在常规治疗基础上选择盐酸氨溴索联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组各项临床症状缓解时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入在小儿肺炎治疗中的效果显著,且不良反应发生率较低。 Objective:To explore the effect and adverse reactions of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with pneumonia.Methods:February 2019-January 2021,80 children with pneumonia were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride combined with budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation on the basis of conventional treatment.We compared the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:The remission time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect ambroxol hydrochloride combined with budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with pneumonia is significant,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
