社区干预对慢性疼痛患者焦虑、抑郁及生活质量的影响

The influence of community intervention on anxiety,depression and quality of life in patients with chronic pain

目的:探究社区干预对慢性疼痛患者缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪及提升生活质量的影响。方法:选取签约家庭医生的社区60岁以上慢性疼痛患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用开展常规干预治疗;试验组采用社区干预方法(经皮电刺激+团体认知治疗+健康教育)。比较两组患者焦虑、抑郁及生活质量评分。结果:试验组干预后焦虑及抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预后生活质量评分高于对照组,患者满意度也高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用经皮电刺激、团队认知治疗和健康教育等社区干预方法,能够帮助慢性疼痛患者减轻病痛的折磨,对提高生活质量、缓解抑郁和焦虑等不良心理问题方面发挥着积极的影响。

Objective:To explore the influence of community intervention on the relief of anxiety and depression and the improvement of the quality of life in patients with chronic pain.Methods:A total of 100 chronic pain patients over 60 years old in the community who signed a contract with family doctors were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group used conventional intervention therapy.The experimental group used community intervention methods(transcutaneous electrical stimulation and group cognitive therapy combined with health education).The anxiety,depression and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the experimental group after intervention were higher than those of the control group,and patient satisfaction was also higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of community intervention methods such as transcutaneous electrical stimulation,team cognitive therapy and health education can help patients with chronic pain alleviate the torture of pain,and play a positive impact on improving the quality of life,alleviating depression and anxiety and other adverse psychological problems.
