摘要
目的:探讨中药方剂联合含铋剂四联疗法治疗慢性胃炎伴幽门螺杆菌感染的效果。方法:2017年8月-2020年8月收治慢性胃炎伴幽门螺杆菌感染患者96例,随机分为两组,各48例。对照组使用含铋剂四联疗法治疗;观察组在含铋剂四联疗法基础上联合胃苏颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后胃黏膜环氧化酶G2、钙黏蛋白E和胃泌素水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项症状持续时间均短于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃苏颗粒联合含铋剂四联疗法治疗慢性胃炎伴幽门螺杆菌的效果明显,不良反应少,可改善患者胃功能,缩短症状持续时间。
Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine prescription combined with bismuth-containing quadruple therapy in the treatment of chronic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori infection.Methods:From August 2017 to August2020,96 patients with chronic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori infection were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bismuth-containing quadruple therapy.The observation group was treated with Weisu granules on the basis of bismuth-containing quadruple therapy.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of cyclooxygenase G2,cadherin E and gastrin in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of each symptom in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Weisu granule combined with bismuth-containing quadruple therapy is effective in the treatment of chronic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori,with fewer adverse reactions,and can improve the gastric function of patients and shorten the duration of symptoms.
