应用中药结合西药治疗胃癌患者的临床疗效及对患者肿瘤标志物、免疫功能和生命质量的改善研究

Study on the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in the treatment of patients with gastric cancer and the improvement of tumor markers,immune function and quality of life in patients

目的:探讨中药结合西药治疗的效果及对患者肿瘤标志物、免疫功能和生命质量的影响。方法:2019年6月-2020年6月收治胃癌患者402例,随机分为两组,各201例。对照组选择常规化疗方案;试验组在化疗基础上结合中药治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组,CD8+水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组CEA、CA199、CA125水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组生命质量各项评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开展中西医结合治疗胃癌患者,有助于提高治疗效果,改善患者肿瘤标志物及免疫功能指标水平。

Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine and its influence on tumor markers,immune function and quality of life of patients.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,402 patients with gastric cancer were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 201 cases in each group.The control group chose conventional chemotherapy.The experimental group combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of chemotherapy.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8+level was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CEA,CA199,and CA125 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The each item scores of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The development of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for gastric cancer patients can help improve the treatment effect and improve the levels of tumor markers and immune function indicators in patients.
