摘要
目的:分析晶芯呼吸道病原菌核酸检测恒温扩增技术对检测成人呼吸道感染病原菌的准确性及对准确指导临床抗生素的使用价值。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治呼吸道感染患者98例,随机分为两组,各49例。观察组根据晶芯呼吸道病原菌核酸检测恒温扩增技术检测出的病原菌,及时调整、控制临床抗生素的使用;对照组按照传统治疗标准进行抗生素指导使用。比较两组应用效果。结果:与痰培养相比,晶芯呼吸道病原菌核酸检测恒温扩增技术的敏感度更高,且特异度更高。观察组临床总有效率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组药物使用时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组发热时间及并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:晶芯呼吸道病原菌核酸检测恒温扩增技术的操作简单,检测率更高,在临床抗菌药物使用中有重要作用。
Objective:To investigate the accuracy of nucleic acid detection of isothermal amplification technique for nucleic acid detection of respiratory tract pathogens with crystal core and its value in guiding clinical use of antibiotics.Methods:From January2019 to January 2020,98 patients with respiratory tract infection were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 49 cases in each group.The observation group adjusted and controlled the use of clinical antibiotics in time according to the nucleic acid detection of isothermal amplification technique for nucleic acid detection of respiratory tract pathogens with crystal core.The control group was treated with antibiotics according to the traditional treatment standard.We compared the application effect of the two groups.Results:Compared with sputum culture,the sensitivity of isothermal amplification technique for nucleic acid detection of respiratory tract pathogens with crystal core was higher,and the specificity was higher.The total effective rate of the observation group was slightly higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The drug use time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fever time and complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The operation of isothermal amplification technique for nucleic acid detection of respiratory tract pathogens with crystal core is simple and the detection rate is higher.It plays an important role in the clinical use of antibiotics.
