腹腔镜全子宫切除术中应用综合护理的优势探讨

Advantages of comprehensive nursing care in total laparoscopic hysterectomy

目的:分析腹腔镜全子宫切除术中综合护理的优势。方法:收集我院2015年1月-2019年11月收治行全子宫切除术的患者80例,根据不同手术方式和护理方法随机分为对照组和试验组各40例。对照组给予开腹全子宫切除术,给予常规护理,即进行术前访视、术中加强围手术期护理,术后加强疼痛、饮食及康复护理;试验组给予腹腔镜全子宫切除术,并给予综合护理。比较两组患者护理满意度及手术效果。结果:试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组止痛药使用率、尿路感染率、肛门排气时间及尿管留置时间均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗子宫良性疾病时,腹腔镜全子宫切除术发挥着重要的作用,加强综合护理,可以提高手术治疗效果,并确保患者护理满意度的稳步提升。

Objective:To analyze the omprehensive nursing advantage of total laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with total hysterectomy admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to November 2019 were collected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group(n=40)according to different surgical methods.The control group was given open hysterectomy,routine nursing,namely preoperative visit,intraoperative strengthening perioperative nursing,postoperative pain,diet and rehabilitation nursing;The experimental group was given total laparoscopic hysterectomy and comprehensive nursing care.Nursing satisfaction and surgical effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The utilization rate of analgesics,urinary tract infection rate,anal exhaust time and urinary catheter indwelling time in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic total hysterectomy plays an important role in the treatment of benign uterine diseases.Strengthening comprehensive nursing can improve the effect of surgical treatment and ensure the steady improvement of patients’nursing satisfaction.
