早期康复护理对老年脑出血患者生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life of elderly patients with intracerebral hemorrhage

目的:分析早期康复护理对老年脑出血患者生活质量的影响。方法:2019年2月-2020年2月收治老年脑出血患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予常规康复治疗;试验组给予早期康复治疗。比较两组患者肢体运动功能评分(FMA)、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分及临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗8周后FMA评分、SF-36量表评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复治疗对老年脑出血患者具有较高的治疗价值,可有效改善患者肢体运动功能,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,100 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation treatment.The experimental group was given early rehabilitation treatment.FMA limb function score,SF-36 quality of life scale score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of FMA limb function and SF-36 scale of life quality in experimental group were significantly higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation therapy has high therapeutic value for elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage,which can effectively improve the limb motor function of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
