护理干预对异位妊娠保守治疗效果的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨在异位妊娠药物保守治疗中实施护理干预的临床效果。方法:2018年2月-2019年2月收治异位妊娠患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。两组均采用保守治疗;对照组给予常规护理干预;观察组给予临床护理干预。比较两组患者临床疗效、护理满意度与并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率及护理满意度均高于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:有效的临床护理干预不仅可以提高保守治疗异位妊娠患者的临床疗效,同时还有利于减少并发症的发生,提升护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention in the medical conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,100 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated conservatively.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention.The observation group was given clinical nursing intervention.Clinical efficacy,nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effective clinical nursing intervention can not only improve the clinical efficacy of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy patients,but also conducive to reduce the occurrence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction.
