Project Leading,Technology Service and Education Integration:Construction and Practice of Talent Training Mode of Aerial Survey Specialty Based on Modern Apprenticeship System

现代学徒制是我国现代职业教育体系的重要组成部分,以摄影测量与遥感技术专业推行现代学徒制实践探索为例,重点介绍了西安航空职业技术学院与企业开展现代学徒制的探索与实践。该校以校企共建产业学院为依托,以现代学徒制为主要模式,将企业横向课题转化为课堂教学单元,在学校老师和企业导师的指导下,在学校的实训场所开展理实一体化教学,产品的质量由校企双导师共同把关,同时将产品的质检标准检验转化为课程教学标准,以此推动技术服务与课堂教改一体化发展,融合打造人才培养与技术服务高地。

Modern apprenticeship is an important part of China's modern vocational education system.This paper focuses on the exploration and practice of modern apprenticeship between schools and enterprises by taking the practice of photogrammetry and remote sensing technology as an example.Relying on the Industrial College jointly built by schools and enterprises and taking the modern apprenticeship system as the main mode,the school transforms the enterprise's horizontal topic into a practical one The classroom teaching unit,under the guidance of school teachers and enterprise tutors,carries out the integration of theory and practice teaching in the school's training place.The quality of the products is jointly controlled by the school and enterprise double tutors.At the same time,the quality inspection standard of the products is transformed into the curriculum teaching standard,so as to promote the integrated development of technical service and classroom teaching reform,and create a highland of talent cultivation and technical service.
