摘要
“双师型”教师队伍建设是高素质技术技能人才培养的关键因素,也是职业院校发展的核心指标。分析了高职院校“双师型”教师培养的现状与困境,阐述了基于产业学院的“双师型”教师培养优势,提出了明确校企双主体地位、抓住产业学院建设全过程、夯实高水平实训基地、健全培训考核激励机制等基于产业学院的“双师型”教师培养路径,为高职院校产业学院建设带动“双师型”教师队伍建设提供参考。
In vocational colleges,the construction of"double-qualified"teachers is the key factor in the training of high-quality technical and skilled personnel,and also the core index of the school development.This paper analyzes the current situation and predicament of"du-qualified"teachers training,expounds the advantages of"du-qualified"teacher training based on industry colleges.This paper is based on the construction of Industry College,puts forward some ways to train"du-qualified"teachers,such as increasing the enthusiasm of enterprise participation,integrating into the whole process of the construction of Industry College,building a high level training base,improving the training ass essment incentive mechanism,and so on.
