摘要
蜀茶寄到但惊新渭水煎来始觉珍白居易(772-846),字乐天,号香山居士,又号醉吟先生,祖籍山西太原,生于河南新郑,官至翰林学士、左赞善大夫。他既是一个诗酒傍身的醉吟者,也是一个很有品味的"别茶人",在他遗存于世的近三千首诗中,涉茶诗66首。可见,他爱酒不嫌茶,茶酒兼好,是唐代把茶酒大量移入诗坛,使茶酒在诗坛并驾齐驱的第一人。
A general review of teahouse business in Shanghai indicates that a majority of teahouses maintains a mature business mode and seek stable growth. That is, most teahouses and tea facilities hold fast to their traditional ways of business. On the other hand, innovative teahouses and tea facilities have appeared and making their way into the market, satisfying the demands of young consumers.
