互联网及大数据技术在农村不动产权籍调查中的应用——以“云宅调”为例 被引量:4

摘要 为解决传统农村不动产权籍调查花费高、效率低的问题,文章设计并研发了一款将互联网及大数据技术应用到农村不动产权籍调查工作中的微信小程序——云宅调。该程序能够实现农村不动产权籍信息的在线填报并实时显示和更新全省农村宗地分布状况、权利人状况等信息,使得农村不动产权籍调查真正实现了“网上办、掌上办”。在云宅调微信小程序中,主要采用了Ngix+Keepalive相结合的方式来达到数据量和计算的负载均衡、使用MapReduce技术框架来对Hbase进行分布式存储和Spark技术框架来进行统计分析,并通过WiFi和GPRS无线通信技术和网络技术使地籍数据得到有效传输。实践证明,利用该小程序能够让农村不动产权籍调查工作更简单、效率更高。 In order to solve the problem of high cost and low efficiency in the investigation of rural real estate ownership,this paper designs and develops a small WeChat Applet Yunzhaidiao,which applies the internet and big data technology to the investigation of rural real estate ownership.The Applet can realize the online filling of rural real estate registration information,display and update the distribution of rural parcels and the status of right owners in the whole province in real time,so that the investigation can be done online and handheld.In the Wechat Applet Yunzhaidiao,the combination of Ngix and Keepalive is mainly used to achieve the load balance of data volume and calculation,MapReduce technology framework is used to carry out distributed storage on HBase and Spark technology framework for statistical analysis,and cadastral data is effectively transmitted through WiFi and GPRS wireless communication technology.Practice has proved that the Applet can make the investigation of rural real estate ownership easier and more efficient.
