Objective To explore the clinical effect of amiodarone in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction. Methods 100 patients with ventricular arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction who were admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table, they were divided into control group and observation group,with50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with lidocaine, and the observation group was treated with amiodarone. The improvement of heart rate(HR),QTC cycle,QTd value, left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Compared with before treatment,HR and QTd values decreased,QTC cycle prolonged,LVESD value,LVEDV value decreased, and LVEF value increased in the two groups after treatment, and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of amiodarone in the treatment of patients with ventricular arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction can effectively improve the patient’s heart function and promote the recovery of the patient’s heart rhythm. It has high clinical application value.
