醒脑静注射液治疗军事训练所致劳力性热射病的疗效观察

Curative effect of Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of exertional heat stroke caused by military training

目的观察醒脑静注射液治疗军事训练所致劳力性热射病的临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月至2018年9月本院收治的因军事训练导致劳力性热射病患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予醒脑静注射液治疗。比较两组治疗前后的意识状况、格拉斯哥昏迷量表评分、意识恢复时间、体温恢复时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。观察组意识恢复时间、体温恢复时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液治疗军事训练所致劳力性热射病意识障碍伴高热,能有效缩短意识障碍及高热的持续时间。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of exertional heat stroke caused by military training.Methods 86 patients with exertional heat stroke caused by military training who admitted to our hospital were selected from June 2016 to September 2018,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy,and the observation group was treated with Xingnaojing Injection on the basis of control group.The consciousness state,Glasgow Coma Scale score,consciousness recovery time and body temperature recovery time were compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant.The recovery time of consciousness and body temperature in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing Injection can effectively shorten the duration of consciousness disorder and high fever caused by military training.
