摘要目的探讨慢性心衰患者红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、全血氨基末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、尿酸(UA)水平的变化意义。方法回顾性分析2018年3月至2019年12月本院收治的120例慢性心衰患者的临床资料,依据NYHA分级标准不同分为A组(Ⅱ级,n=50)、B组(Ⅲ级,n=40)、C组(Ⅳ级,n=30),3组慢性心衰患者均进行RDW、NT-proBNP、UA检测,比较3组检测结果。结果C组RDW、NT-proBNP、UA水平均高于B组、A组,且B组均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随着慢性心衰心功能分级的升高,其RDW、NT-proBNP、UA水平也随之升高,因此,RDW、NT-proBNP、UA水平可作为慢性心衰患者诊治以及预后判断的有效指标。
