幼儿园教师科学领域教学知识现状及其与课程质量的关系研究

A Study on Kindergarten Teachers' Pedagogical Content Knowledge in the Field of Science and Its Relationship with Curriculum Quality

摘要 本研究采用基于视频的问卷调查法以及观察法和测量法,对H市71名幼儿园教师的科学领域教学知识现状及其与课程质量的关系进行调查和分析。结果表明:幼儿园教师科学领域教学知识得分处于中等水平,在关于教学内容的知识、关于教育对象的知识以及关于教学方法的知识3个维度上的得分存在明显差异;园所等级和职称对幼儿园教师科学领域教学知识水平存在显著性影响;教师科学领域教学知识水平与集体教学活动质量、区域活动质量均具有显著的正线性中低等相关关系。 Using video based questionnaire,observation and measurement methods,this study investigates and analyzes the pedagogical content knowledge in the field of science and its relationship with curriculum quality of 71 kindergarten teachers in H City.The results show that teachers'PCK in the field of science is at medium level;there are significant differences in the scores of the three dimensions:knowledge of teaching content,knowledge of students,and knowledge of instructional methods;kindergarten rank and professional title have significant impact on teachers'PCK in the field of science;and there is a significant positive linear correlation which is low and middle between teachers’science PCK and the quality of collective teaching activity and learning centers activity in the field of science.
