媒介连接在自由开放的状态下能够延展人的本能,促进知识探索、交流共享和认知和谐。约定俗成的媒介规制能够保障这种连接的合法性、合理性与有效性,不同国家有着不同的媒介规制和使用规范,用以保障自身的价值观和文化传统不受重大侵扰和破坏。二战以来的国际规则和通行秩序在大国博弈加深的情况下,越来越有支离破碎之感,大国之间的恶性传媒竞争带来公开的“返祖”和“审丑”行为,一再刷新媒体下限。非法连接和无效连接同样昭示着人类连接的另一巨大的灰色需求和“亚健康”状态。政治博弈的加深导致媒介生态急速调整,导致正效连接、无效连接和负效连接分化趋势加重,合法连接也越来越带来不稳定的效果。媒体隔离带来文化隔离,进而导致“地球村”的愿景难以实现。

Media connection in a free and open state can extend people’s instinct and promote knowledge exploration,communication and sharing and cognitive harmony.Conventional media regulation can ensure the legitimacy,rationality and effectiveness of this connection.Different countries have different media regulations and use norms to protect their own values and cultural traditions from major intrusion and destruction.The international rules and order since World War II have become more and more fragmented with the deepening of the game between big countries.The vicious media competition between big countries has brought open“Atavism”and“judging ugliness”,and repeatedly refreshed the lower limit of the media.Illegal connection and invalid connection also indicate another huge gray demand and“sub-health”state of human connection.The deepening of political game leads to the rapid adjustment of media ecology,the aggravation of the differentiation trend of positive connection,invalid connection and negative connection,and the legal connection also brings more and more unstable effects.Media isolation brings cultural isolation,which makes it difficult to realize the vision of“global village”.
