高层房建工程中地下室结构设计分析

Analysis on Basement Structure Design in High-rise Housing Construction Projects

近年来,随着社会稳定发展,建筑行业已经成为我国国民经济的顶梁柱行业,建筑工程施工技术与施工观念也呈现出新的发展态势。对高层房建工程,设置停车场、储物空间地下室结构,不仅强化了整个高层房建工程的合理性,而且还解决了功能性设备房屋建筑占地的问题。但是作为附属结构,地下室结构设计工作存在诸多难点,若地下室结构不合理很容易影响整个高层房建的工程质量,为此,如何在保障高层房建工程质量的基础上,确保地下室结构设计科学、合理成为关键。针对高层房建工程地下室结构设计的基本要求以及高层房建工程地下室结构设计存在的问题进行详细分析,提出高层房建工程地下室结构的设计策略。

In recent years,with stable development of society,the construction industry has become pillar industry of China's national economy,and the construction technology and construction concepts of construction engineering have also shown a new development trend.For high-rise housing construction projects,establishment of parking lot and storage space basement structure not only strengthens rationality of the entire high-rise housing construction project,but also solves problem of land occupation for functional equipment buildings.However,as an auxiliary structure,there are many difficulties in design of the basement structure.If the basement structure is unreasonable,it will easily affect quality of the entire high-rise building construction.For the above,how to ensure scientific and reasonable design of basement structure on the basis of ensuring quality of the high-rise building construction becomes the key.The basic requirements of basement structure design of high-rise building construction project and the problems existing in basement structure design of high-rise building construction project are analyzed in detail,and the design strategy of basement structure of high-rise building construction project is proposed.
