摘要
在城市规模不断拓展的同时,城市建设用地缺乏的现状进一步加剧,为化解城市发展与城市建设用地之间的矛盾,可对旧有建筑进行改造,通过应用轻钢加层施工技术在框架结构房屋顶层上进行楼层的加高,从而扩大建筑可利用空间,优化工业厂房的生产条件。基于此,结合实际工程案例展开分析,首先阐述了加层施工方案,从新加层柱脚与原结构的连接、钢柱与钢梁的安装、防水及防护措施几个方面分析了框架结构房屋改造中轻钢加层施工关键技术的具体应用。
With continuous expansion of urban scale,the lack of urban construction land is further aggravating.In order to resolve contradiction between urban development and urban construction land,the old buildings can be transformed.The application of light steel storey-adding construction technology in the top floor of frame structure houses can increase floor height,so as to expand available space of buildings and optimize production conditions of industrial plants.Based on this,combined with the actual engineering case,the construction scheme of adding layer is described,and specific application of the key technology of light steel storey-adding construction in the frame structure housing transformation is analyzed from connection between new adding layer column base and original structure installation of steel column and steel beam,waterproof and protective measures.
