摘要
以重庆某营区改扩建工程为例,对临近9号机房的人工挖孔抗滑桩施工工艺进行了详细介绍。由于抗滑桩与周围建筑物关系复杂,无法利用机械对抗滑桩地下部分进行钻孔,采用人工挖孔方式进行成孔,对涉及到的提升架体搭设、矩形护壁施工、安全防护形式、钢筋笼安装与固定、矩形桩基声测管埋设形式,进行了针对性的分析,最终通过创新,成功解决了工程问题。
Taking reconstruction and expansion project of a camp in Chongqing as an example,construction technology of manually excavated anti-slide pile near No.9 machine room is introduced in detail.Due to complex relationship between anti-slide pile and surrounding buildings,it is impossible to drill underground part of mechanical anti-slide pile.The hole is formed by manual hole digging.The relevant lifting frame erection,rectangular retaining wall construction,safety protection form,reinforcement cage installation and fixation,and rectangular pile foundation acoustic pipe embedding form are analyzed.Finally,through innovation,the engineering problem was solved successfully..
