Construction Technology of Soft Foundation Treatment by Vacuum Preloading

对于沿海城市的发展和填海再建设开发项目,如何处理淤泥质土质,保证后期建设的安全性,突显经济效益尤为重要。青岛伊甸园项目是世界第2座、亚洲首座以“水”为主题的工程,在青岛伊甸园工程项目的建设中,将真空联合堆载预压处理地基、搅拌桩复合地基处理及碾压地基、换填垫层1.7 m(表层)+强夯地基和换填垫层5 m(表层)+强夯地基4种方案从经济效益、施工节奏、处理效果等多方面进行比选,最终确定采用了真空联合堆载预压在软地基基础处理的技术,达到了后续施工地基基础持力层强度要求,同时保证了施工进度。

For development of coastal cities and reclamation and redevelopment projects,how to deal with muddy soil,ensure safety of later construction and highlight economic benefits is particularly important.Qingdao Eden Project is the 2nd one with the theme of"water"in the world and the 1st one in Asia.In construction of Qingdao Eden Project,four schemes of vacuum combined surcharge preloading foundation treatment,mixing pile composite foundation treatment and rolling foundation,replacement cushion 1.7m(surface)+dynamic compaction foundation and replacement cushion 5 m(surface)+dynamic compaction foundation are adopted in terms of economic benefits,construction progress and treatment effect.Finally,the technology of vacuum combined surcharge preloading in soft foundation treatment is determined,which meets strength requirements of foundation bearing layer in subsequent construction and ensures the construction progress.
