基于物联网的机器人远程遥控混凝土浇筑技术

摘要 在常规混凝土浇筑中,现场工长线下联系搅拌站直接发料,过程无监督审批;混凝土到达现场后值班人员人工核对混凝土浇筑信息,重复识别易疏忽存在质量风险;混凝土浇筑完成后物资、商务部门进行方量统计核查,工作繁琐、耗时、人力投入较大。针对上述问题,在现有布料机装备研制基础上,结合物联网智能化控制开关技术,研发出基于物联网的机器人远程遥控混凝土浇筑技术,智能阀门控制系统可适用于多种型号规格的泵车入料口,安拆简便。该技术提高了施工设备的智能化水平,解决了常规混凝土浇筑管理中发料计划无监督、人工识别混凝土小票易疏忽、统计工作烦琐、耗时的问题,对于传统基建类混凝土浇筑管理具有重要意义。 During conventional concrete pouring,on-site foreman contacted the mixing plant offline to directly deliver materials,and the process was not supervised and approved.After concrete arrives at the site,the person on duty checks the concrete pouring information manually,and the repeated identification is easy to be neglected,and there is a certain quality risk;after completion of concrete pouring,the material and commercial departments carry out quantity statistics and verification,which is cumbersome,time-consuming and labor-intensive.For the above,a robot remote-control concrete pouring technology is developed on the basis of development of the existing distributor equipment,combined with intelligent control switch technology of the Internet of Things.The intelligent valve control system can be applied to a variety of models and specifications of the pump truck inlet,and is easy to install and dismantle.The technology improves intelligent level of construction equipment,and solves problems of unsupervised material distribution plan,manual identification of concrete tickets,tedious statistical work and time-consuming in the conventional concrete pouring management,which is of great significance for the traditional infrastructure concrete pouring management.
