摘要
鹏城云脑II项目建筑采用全预制模块化箱体现场拼接而成,地上主体预制模块化箱体与基础结构需进行连接,需在基础支座处预埋钢板,因科研数据机房为高精密数据机房,对所有预埋钢板的整体高低差有mm级精准、严格要求。主要针对鹏城云脑II项目在预制模块化箱体底座预埋板整体高精度定位的实施及应用进行深入分析与探究,为以后类似工程的施工提供了宝贵的施工经验。
Pengcheng Yunnao II project building is made of full on-site prefabricated modular boxes.The prefabricated modular box of the ground main body needs to be linked with the foundation structure,and steel plates need to be embedded at the foundation support.Because the scientific research data room is a high-precision data room,there are millimeter level accuracy and strict requirements for the whole height difference of all embedded steel plates.The paper mainly focuses on implementation and application of Pengcheng Yunnao II project in the overall high-precision positioning of prefabricated modular box base embedded plate,which provides valuable construction experience for construction of similar projects in the future.
