大量实践项目的落地证实,工业建筑遗产的保护与再利用对于保留城市发展印记、延续城市发展文脉具有十分重要的意义。时至今日,工业遗产保护与再利用的实践经历了建筑设计方法角度的探索、产业功能更新角度的探索以及遗产综合评价体系角度的探索3个阶段,在理论层面逐步形成了较为科学的保护与再利用的设计策略,即基于综合评价体系的设计策略,通过解析综合评价过程的各阶段性作用,并体现综合评价过程的设计作品进行整理和剖析,以便对未来的工业遗产保护与再利用的实践提供借鉴。

The implementation of a large number of practical projects has confirmed that protection and reuse of industrial architectural heritage plays a very important role in preserving the imprint of urban development and continuing the context of urban development.Up to now,the practice of industrial heritage protection and reuse has experienced three stages:exploration of architectural design methods,exploration of industrial function renewal,and exploration of comprehensive evaluation system of heritage,and a more scientific protection and reuse design strategy on the theoretical level is gradually formed,that is,design strategy based on comprehensive evaluation system.Various stages of the comprehensive evaluation process are analyzed,and the design works that reflect the comprehensive evaluation process are sorted out and analyzed,hoping to make guiding significance for protection and reuse of industrial heritage in the future.
