摘要
为解决建筑工程设计阶段的成本及其导致的工程效率低下的问题,以设计阶段为例,对设计阶段的成本优化和控制措施进行了探讨,提出了成立专项管理小组,加强科学管理,加强对高素质人才的培养,引入信息技术以及提高数据精准程度的措施,以期为相关人员(或工程)提供参考。
In order to solve problems of cost in design phase of construction engineering and low engineering efficiency caused by it,the design phase is taken as an example,and the cost optimization and control measures in the design phase are discussed,and the establishment of a special management team is proposed to strengthen scientific management and training of high-quality talents,introduce information technology,and improve accuracy of data measures in order to provide references for relevant personnel(or projects).
