摘要 随着经济的发展,我国建筑行业发展迅猛,为满足建筑生产的需要和质量控制,对型钢混凝土结构施工技术存在的问题进行分析,并提出了相关措施,从而希望能够进一步促进型钢混凝土结构施工技术的发展,从而满足新时代建筑生产的需要。在钢混组合结构的建筑中包括3种结构:纯钢结构、型钢混凝土结构、混凝土结构。正是这三种组合促进了工程的完整性,能够使复杂的、烦琐的空间结构得到清晰的表达,并且在梁柱、梁板和板柱接头等节点处更能体现出来工程的复杂性。由于型钢混凝土结构部分是施工过程中的关键部分,如在进行一些结构转换的时候,施工难度非常大,各个阶段的任务相对比较复杂,从而需要高要求、高标准来进行施工;并且在进行焊接和吊装过程中技术水平对施工质量的影响很大。所以在施工前要保证经验丰富的专业人员充足,还要保证采用合理的技术促进各个阶段任务顺利完成,从而促进建筑竣工的质量完善并且符合设计要求以及客户需要。 With development of economy,the construction industry develops rapidly.In order to meet needs of construction technology and quality control,the problems are analyzed and relevant measures are proposed,so as to further promote construction technology of construction production in the new era.In the steel-concrete composite structure building,three structures including pure steel structure,steel-concrete structure and concrete structure exist.These three combinations promote integrity of the project,can make the complex and tedious spatial structure clearly expressed,and can more reflect complexity of beam-column joints,beam-plate joints and plate-column joints.Because steel-concrete structure part is a key part in the construction process,such as some structural transformation,the construction is very difficult,each stage task is relatively complex,which requires high requirements and high standards for construction,and the technical level has a great impact on construction quality during welding and hoisting.Therefore,before construction,sufficient experienced professional personnel is ensured,and reasonable technology is used to promote smooth completion of each stage of the task,so as to promote quality completion of construction and meet design requirements and customer needs.
