摘要
预拌混凝土浇筑后出现早期裂缝不可避免,根据工程建设标准的不同,对早期裂缝的防控要求也存在较大差异。通过开展预拌混凝土早期裂缝试验,探究了强度等级为C35和C302种混凝土在不同水胶比下对早期裂缝的影响。随后分别从Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级抗裂混凝土的原材料选用、施工技术和养护措施方面,总结了早期裂缝的分级控制措施,为现代工程中预拌混凝土的更好使用提供了支持。
Early cracks are inevitable after ready mixed concrete pouring.According to different engineering construction standards,prevention and control requirements for early cracks are also quite different.Through early crack test of ready mixed concrete,the influence of C35 and C30 concrete on early crack under different water binder ratios is explored.From the aspects of raw material selection,construction technology and maintenance measures of grade I,II and III anti-crack concrete,the grading control measures of early cracks are summarized,which provides support for better use of ready mixed concrete in modern engineering.
