摘要
主要对大直径超深钻孔灌注桩施工中的关键技术进行分析和论述,同时提出一些措施来控制大直径超深钻孔灌注桩的质量,期望能够起到一定的借鉴作用,提高施工质量,提前预测施工中可能出现的问题,例如成孔时间长,容易缩径、塌孔;泥浆比重过大容易产生桩身混凝土夹碴;垂直度、孔底沉渣不达标,提前想出解决办法。
The key technologies in construction of large-diameter super-deep bored cast-in-place piles are mainly analyzed and discussed,and some measures for controlling quality of large diameter ultra-deep bored cast-in-place piles are put forward,which hopes to play a certain reference role,improve construction quality,predict possible problems in construction ahead of time,such as long hole-forming time,easy to shrink and collapse;easy to cause slag in concrete of pile if specific gravity of the mud is too large;easy to cause slag in concrete of pile;verticality and bottom slag of the hole are not up to the standard,and solutions are put forward ahead of time.
