口腔正畸联合修复的临床应用

Clinical application of orthodontic treatment combined with oral repair

目的探究运用口腔正畸联合修复的临床效果及安全性。方法选取滕州市中心人民医院2019年1月至2020年3月收治的126例口腔修复治疗的牙科患者为研究对象,进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组63例。研究组患者在口腔修复前进行正畸治疗,对照组患者给予局部义齿修复法治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗总有效率、总满意度和不良反应。结果与对照组临床治疗总有效率82.54%相比,研究组临床治疗总有效率为95.24%,研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者总满意度比较,研究组总满意度96.83%高于对照组的87.30%(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,研究组11.11%低于对照组19.05%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口腔修复前应用正畸治疗可改善牙科患者口腔功能和面部美观度,提高患者满意度且不增加不良反应的发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safty of orthodontic treatment combined with oral prosthesis.Methods A total of 126 dental patients admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects for orthodontic treatment.According to random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,with 63 patients in each group.Patients in the study group received orthodontic treatment combined with oral repair,while the control group was treated with partial denture extraction,and the total effective rate,the rate of total satisfaction and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 82.54%,and the total effective rate of the study group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the rate of total satisfaction(96.83%)in the study group,the rate of total satisfaction in the control group(87.30%)was significantly lower(P<0.05).The study group had lower incidence of adverse reactions than the control group(11.11%vs.19.05%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of orthodontic treatment combined with oral repair can improve the oral function and facial aesthetics of patients,improve the satisfaction of patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
