空勤人员胆石症特点及其防治综述

Characteristic,prevention and treatment of cholelithiasis in the aircrew

胆石症在普通人群中的患病率较高,其发生与种族、饮食结构和生活环境等密切相关。尽管空勤人员经过了医学选拔,但其胆道系统结石患病率仍不低于普通人群,可能会危及飞行安全以及任务的顺利完成,空勤人员胆石症的发生与航空飞行的特殊工作环境等因素有关。本文就空勤人员胆石症的发病机制、预防及治疗进行综述。

The incidence of cholelithiasis is high in the general population,which is related to ethics,food,living conditions and so on.In the aircrew who have passed the medical selection,the incidence of cholelithiasis is not less than that in the general population.Aviation-related physiological factors have special effects on the formation of cholelithiasis,which may endanger the aviation safety.Mechanisms,prevention and treatment of cholelithiasis in the aircrew are summarized in this review.
