摘要
前庭性偏头痛(vestibular migraine,VM)是临床上常见的发作性眩晕,近年来飞行人员VM发病率呈逐渐升高趋势,反复发作严重影响患者生活质量及飞行安全。目前VM的治疗方法可概括为药物治疗(曲坦类药物、β-受体阻滞剂、钙通道阻滞剂、抗癫痫药物、抗抑郁药物等)和非药物治疗(前庭康复治疗、非侵入性迷走神经电刺激、经皮三叉神经电刺激)。本文主要围绕VM治疗及飞行人员VM鉴定的研究进行综述。
Vestibular migraine(VM)is a common clinical episodic vertigo syndrome.Recently,the incidence of VM is increasing in pilots.Recurrent attacks seriously affect the life quality and flight safety.The current treatment includes pharmacotherapy(tritans,β-blockers,calcium channel blockers,antiepileptic drugs,antidepressants)and non-pharmacotherapy(vestibular rehabilitation therapy,noninvasive vagus nerve stimulation,external trigeminal nerve stimulation).This review mainly focuses on the progress of the treatment of VM and the VM medical evaluation in pilots.
