“十四五”时期基层图书馆推进全民阅读高质量发展路径探析--以陕西省略阳县为例

On the Development Path of Grass-roots Library Promoting the High-quality of National Reading during“The 14th Five-year Plan” Period: Taking Lueyang County in Shaanxi Province as an Example

面对我国“十四五”时期公共文化服务高质量发展的紧迫任务,笔者通过对基层阅读服务阵地存在的问题及其原因进行剖析,指出在“十四五”新发展阶段,基层图书馆应如何推进城乡全民阅读服务一体建设,为助力县域公共文化发展发挥积极作用。

Facing the urgent task of public cultural service high-quality development during the period of“The 14th Five-year Plan”in China,the author analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the grass-roots reading service positions,pointing out how the grass-roots library promote the integration of reading services in urban and rural areas and play a positive role in promoting the development of county public culture in the new development stage of“The 14th Five-Year Plan”.
