省域地方专题文献联合建设研究--以陕西秦岭、黄河文化专题为例

On the Joint Construction of the Provincial Local Special Document: A CaseStudy of Qinling Culture and The Yellow River Culture in Shaanxi

省域地方专题文献联合建设是促进图书馆区域性融合发展的重要途径。本文以“陕西秦岭、黄河文化专题”文献资源联合建设为例,从自然资源、文化战略、地域文化等角度分析建设意义;结合陕西秦岭、黄河自然资源分布,已有的专题文献资料等阐述其可行性;并重点论述专题文献的专藏设立、全省联合目录编制、数字资源建设等建设构想及其实施措施,以期为新时代图书馆地方文献联合建设工作提供参考。

The joint construction of provincial and local special document is an important way to promote the regional integrated development of libraries.Taking the joint construction of document resources of“Qinling Culture and The Yellow River Culture”in Shaanxi as an example,the paper analyzes the construction significance from the perspectives of natural resources,cultural strategy and regional culture and so on,and expounds its feasibility combined with Qinling and the Yellow River natural resources distribution in ShaanXi'and the existing special subject document,focusing on the construction conception and implementation measures of the special document collection,establishment of the provincial joint catalogue,the compilation of digital resources,in order to provide reference for the joint construction of library local document in the new era.
