摘要
沉管隧道管节沉放测控中,现有的测量塔法获取实时管节特征点坐标的方法,是先测量待沉放管节上多个塔标点实时坐标,再利用坐标转换方法求解管节特征点实时坐标。在研究测量塔法管节沉放测控原理的基础上,本文提出了一种仅测量两个塔标点三维坐标结合管节的两个倾角数据计算管节特征点实时坐标的方法,该方法实现了管节独立坐标系与施工坐标系两个空间直角坐标系间的转换,具有不受坐标系间旋转角度值大小限制和模型简单的优点。推导了该方法的数学模型,并利用AutoCAD模拟数据进行计算实验,证明了本文方法的正确性。
In the process of measurement and control for construction of immersed tunnel,the existing method of measurement-tower acquires the real-time coordinates of the tube feature points by measuring the coordinates of the several tower feature points on the tube to be immersed,then uses the coordinate transformation method to calculate the real-time coordinates of tube feature points.Based on the study of the measurement principle of the measurement tower method,this paper proposes a new method,which measures 3D coordinates of the two tower feature points and combines the two tilt angles of the tubes to calculate the real-time coordinates of the feature points of the tubes.The method realizes the transformation between the two spatial rectangular coordinate systems of the tube independent coordinate system and the construction coordinate system,which has the advantages of the unlimited rotation angle value between the coordinate systems and simple model.The mathematical model of the method had been deduced and the calculation results of AutoCAD simulation data were used to prove the correctness of the method.
