基于WebGIS的电力工程测绘项目管理信息系统研发

Development of Management Information System of Electric Power Engineering Surveying Project Based on WebGIS

结合湖南省电力设计院有限公司电力工程测绘项目管理需要,采用PostGIS数据库、GeoServer服务器和OpenLayers框架等开源GIS技术研发了电力工程测绘项目管理信息系统。该系统实现了测绘人员、仪器设备、工程进度和成果数据的集中有效管理,提升了电力工程测绘项目管理水平,有效提高了工作效率。

This paper combines the management needs of the electric power engineering surveying project of Hunan Electric Power Design Institute Co.,Ltd.,and develops the management information system of electric power engineering surveying project by using open source GIS technology such as PostGIS database,GeoServer server and OpenLayers framework.The system realizes centralized and effective management of surveyors,instruments and equipment,project progress and results data,improves the management level of electric power engineering surveying projects,and effectively improves work efficiency.
