摘要
为满足北京市不动产统一登记工作和信息化建设需求,本文采用ArcGIS系列软件、业务组件建模方法、面向对象设计技术等,从总体思路、功能设计及技术实现等方面进行分析和设计,实现对北京市不动产单元实时管理、空间数据管理、房地落宗管理,对各种信息资源进行全面整合和重组。本系统的应用助力北京市不动产统一登记发证工作顺利实施,为不动产登记统一管理奠定了空间数据基础。
Based on unified registration work and the real estate information construction requirements in Beijing,this paper uses a series of ArcGIS software,modeling methods of business components,the object oriented design technology,etc.From the general idea,function design,and the technical implementation,it carries on the analysis and design,implementation of the Beijing real estate unit for real-time management,spatial data management,registration management of real estate,conducts a comprehensive integration and reorganization for all kinds of information resources.The application of this system promotes the implementation of the unified registration and certification of real estate in Beijing,and also lays the foundation of spatial data for the unified management of real estate registration.
