摘要 当今管线敷设方式受益于非开挖技术的迅猛发展,跨越江河、铁路、公路、建构筑物等复杂地段已不存在技术困难。特别是最近几年,水平定向钻等非开挖技术在各种地下管线施工方面得到广泛应用,而在这些非开挖施工中,不仅有刚性的钢管(高压燃气管、给水),而且有柔性的PE(中压燃气、给水)、PVC(通信及电力的套管)管。材质为钢管的管道且运行中的可采用地下金属管线探测仪(或改装后的管线探测仪)进行探测;而材质为柔性的管道探测亦可分为多种情况。本文阐述不同情况下非金属管道及非金属套管的探测方法,通过松山湖110 kV电力电缆的探测实例重点介绍了探头示踪法的探测方式。 With the rapid development of trenchless technology of pipeline laying,there are no technical difficulties in crossing rivers,railways,highways,structures,and other complex sections.Especially in recent years,horizontal directional drilling and other trenchless technologies have been widely used in various underground pipeline construction.In these trenchless construction,there are not only rigid steel pipes(high-pressure gas pipe,water supply pipe),but also flexible PE(medium-pressure gas pipe,water supply pipe)and PVC(casing for communication and power).Steel tube used in operation of the pipeline can be detected by underground metal pipe detector(or modified line detectors),and flexible pipeline detection can be divided into many kinds of situations.This article expounds non-metal pipeline and casing detection method under different conditions.Based on the Songshan Lake 110 kV power cable detection project,probe tracer detection method is introduced.
