先天性唇腭裂三级综合防治及规范化序列治疗指引

The practice guideline for tertiary integrated control and team approach techniques of the congenital cleft lip and palate

先天性唇腭裂是我国围产儿的高发畸形,目前针对其诊断、预防、治疗有多项行之有效的理论方法和关键技术,但治疗程序较为复杂,时间和经济负担难以计算。因此,国家对该缺陷的预防与治疗极为重视,设立国家重点研发计划项目资助本研究,建立基于唇腭裂“孕前-产前-生后”三级综合防治体系及唇腭裂的优化规范化治疗策略的临床指引,使其易于在基层培训及推广,有利于提高我国社区人群出生缺陷的救治成功率和有效性;制定最优临床诊治路径并在示范区内推广应用,从而提高我国唇腭裂的临床治疗成功率、减少并发症、提高生活质量,具有很好的社会效益和经济效益。

Congenital cleft palate is a malformation of perinatal children with high rate in China,and there are many effective theoretical methods and key techniques for its diagnosis,prevention and treatment.However,the treatment procedure is more complicated so that the time and economic burden are difficult to estimate.Therefore,this research supported by the China National Key research and development program is performed to establish an efficient practice guideline with standardized treatment strategy.It will be easy to train and promote among the primary medical staffs,and also conducive to improving the success rate and effectiveness of the treatment with birth defects in the community.This guideline can help develop the optimal clinical diagnosis and treatment plan.The appliccation may be popularized in the demonstration area in order to improve the success rate of clinical treatment of cleft lip in China with the reduction of complications,and finally to improve the quality of life.
