摘要
超长结构在混凝土收缩和温度变化的影响下,容易产生较大裂缝,从而影响结构的适用性和耐久性。以某超长垃圾贮坑厂房实际工程为例,对超长结构垃圾贮坑厂房受力特点进行分析,提出温差及温度应力的计算方法,总结预应力技术解决超长构件温度和收缩应力的方法和优势。
It is easy to produce large cracks of extra-length structures under influence of concrete shrinkage and temperature changes,thus affecting applicability and durability of the structure.Take actual project of an extra-length garbage pit plant as an example,the stress characteristics of extra-length structure were analyzed,and suggestions for the calculation of temperature difference and temperature stress were put forwarded,and the methods and advantages of prestressing technology to solve temperature and shrinkage stress of extra-length structure were analyzed and summarized.
