摘要
通过萧山国际机场项目实例,介绍超大平面工程桩基全面施工过程,通过封闭式管道泥浆泵送系统、泥浆固化处理系统,以及尾水循环利用系统,实现桩基阶段施工平面合理化利用,场内泥浆自行处理,避免泥浆外运的二次污染,达到资源再利用、降本增效、节能环保的效果。
Through an example of the Xiaoshan International Airport project,the comprehensive construction process of the pile foundation of a super large plane project is introduced,and the closed pipeline mud pumping system,mud solidification treatment system,and tail water recycling system are used to realize rational utilization of the pile foundation stage.The internal mud is processed by itself to avoid secondary pollution of mud transportation,and achieve effects of resource reuse,cost reduction and efficiency increase,energy saving and environmental protection.
