摘要
滨江金融大厦项目T1塔楼檐高328 m,共布置3台施工电梯,且均安装在核心筒内正式电梯井道中。由于竣工前交付赶工措施,为了优化施工方法,项目部将利用已有消防井道,设计垂直运输装置且进行了基于力学分析与工艺可操作性的深化设计,解决施工电梯材料垂直运输压力,达到材料及时运输的目的。实践证明,此方法对满足工程进度、质量及安全文明施工方面取得了很好的效果。
The T1 tower of Binjiang financial building project has an eaves height of 328 m.Three construction elevators are totally arranged,and they are all installed in formal elevator shaft in the core tube.Due to delivery of rush measures before completion,in order to optimize construction method,the project department will use the existing fire hoistway to design a vertical transportation device and carry out in-depth design based on mechanical analysis and process operability,which solves the vertical transportation pressure of the construction elevator material and achieve the purpose of material timely transportation.Practice has proved that the method has achieved good results in meeting project schedule,quality and safety and civilized construction.
