Construction Technology of Cantilever Scaffolding at Cantilever Slab

悬挑式钢管脚手架是目前应用比较广泛的一种外架,悬挑式脚手架按连接方式又分为焊接、平铺、预埋和锚固连接等方式,工程中采用平铺、锚固2种方式,介绍了预埋U形卡箍、铺设工字钢并加固、搭设外架、预埋花篮螺栓套管等施工工艺,并提出了质量标准及保证措施。

Currently cantilevered steel tube scaffolding is a widely used external frame.The cantilevered scaffolding is divided into welding,tiling,embedding and anchoring connection methods according to connection method.In this project,tiling and anchoring are used.The construction technologies of embedding U-shaped clamp,laying I-beam and strengthening,erecting outer frame and embedding flower basket bolt sleeve are introduced,and the quality standard and assurance measures are put forward.
