摘要
在高层大跨度建筑施工中,悬挑支撑体系为高空施工人员提供了作业平台。该体系搭设在建筑外部,由于附加应力、自身重力等,有一定概率出现松动、脱落的情况,安全隐患较高,因此根据工程实际情况设计1种安全的悬挑支撑体系构造搭设方案,对保障高空作业安全和加快工程建设进度均有积极帮助。结合某工程实例,首先介绍了悬挑支撑体系构造搭设方案的设计要点,其次,从预埋锚固钢筋、固定绳挡、布置悬挑钢梁等方面,对该体系的搭设步骤进行了简要分析,最后通过有限元分析,根据模拟数值对该体系的应用效果进行了对比,为悬挑支撑体系在现代高层建筑施工中的应用提供了支持。
In construction of high-rise and large-span buildings,cantilever support system provides a working platform for highaltitude construction personnel.However,because the system is set up outside the building,due to the additional stress,self gravity and other reasons,there is a certain probability of loosening and falling off,and the safety risk is high.Therefore,according to the actual situation of the project,a safe cantilever support system construction scheme is designed,which is of positive help to ensure safety of aerial work and speed up progress of project construction.Combined with an engineering example,the design points of the cantilever support system structure erection scheme are firstly introduced,and then the erection steps of the system from the aspects of embedded anchorage reinforcement,fixed rope block,layout of cantilever steel beam,etc.are briefly analyzed.Finally,through the finite element analysis,the application effect of the system is compared according to simulation value,which provides support for application of cantilever support system in modern high-rise building construction.
