基础承台大体积混凝土温控检测及浇筑技术 被引量:2

摘要 大体积混凝土由于水化热的影响,容易出现明显的升温现象。在内外温度差较大的情况下,容易使混凝土构件出现裂缝,从而影响其防渗性、稳定性。因此,在大体积混凝土施工中,既要做好温度检测,密切关注温度变化情况,同时又要在浇筑方式、施工管理等方面采取措施,防止裂缝的产生。以某工程的基础承台为例,首先从选择温度检测仪器、合理布置测温点、及分析测温结果等方面,对温控检测工作的内容展开简要概述。随后结合施工经验,分别从材料选择、配合比设计、分层浇筑、泌水处理及保温养护等方面,对大体积混凝土浇筑技术要点进行了详细分析。 Due to influence of hydration heat,mass concrete is easy to appear obvious heating phenomenon.In the case of large temperature difference between inside and outside,it is easy to cause cracks in concrete members,which will affect its impermeability and stability.Therefore,in the mass concrete construction,we should not only do a good job in temperature detection and pay close attention to temperature change,but also take measures from pouring method,construction management and other aspects to prevent occurrence of cracks.The foundation platform of a project is taken as an example.Firstly,the content of temperature control detection is briefly summarized from selection of temperature detection instruments,reasonable arrangement of temperature measurement points,and analysis of temperature measurement results.Then,combined with construction experience,from aspects of material selection,mix proportion design,layered pouring,bleeding treatment and insulation maintenance,the technical points of mass concrete pouring are analyzed in detail.
