新时代国家安全学学科发展的三重逻辑

The Triple Logic of the Development of National Security Discipline in the New Era

[目的/意义]2021年初,国家安全学被教育部正式增列为交叉学科门类下的一级学科,这必然会对新时代中国国家安全学的学科发展产生重大影响,亦对国家安全学的研究者们提出了新的任务。[方法/过程]以“问题导向”“规范集成”和“方法自觉”为三个基本切入维度,可以识别出新时代国家安全学学科发展中可能面临的问题。[结果/结论]在研究场域层面,当下适宜将“国家安全学”的覆盖领域限定于总体国家安全观所明确的十一类安全,待时机成熟后,可以对其进行横向拓展,进而覆盖至其他与国家安全相关的问题场域;在属性证成上,首先将中国的“国家安全学”认定为一种“领域科学”,而后才是一种“部门科学”;在方法论推广上,中国“国家安全学”要以马克思主义哲学为思想工具,以系统分析和评价方法为主体工具,一并配合其他多样化的辅助工具。

[Purpose/Significance]At the beginning of 2021,national security science was officially added as a first-class discipline under the interdisciplinary category by the Ministry of education,which will inevitably have a significant impact on the development of China's national security science in the new era,and also put forward new tasks for the researchers of national security science.[Method/Process]Taking"problem orientation","standard integration"and"method consciousness"as three basic dimensions,we can identify the possible problems in the development of national security science in the new era.[Result/Conclusion]At the research field level,it is appropriate to limit the coverage of"national security"to the eleven categories of security defined by the overall national security concept.When the time is ripe,it can be expanded horizontally,and then covered to other fields related to national security.In terms of attribution,first of all,China's"national security"is recognized as a"domain science",while the"national security"is not a"domain science"The latter is a kind of"departmental science";in the promotion of methodology,China's"national security"should take Marxist philosophy as the ideological tool,systematic analysis and evaluation method as the main tool,and cooperate with other diversified auxiliary tools.
