辟谣平台的评价指标体系构建及实证研究

Construction and Empirical Research on Evaluation Index System of Rumor-refuting Platforms

[目的/意义]自新冠肺炎疫情爆发以来,“信息疫情”成为人类与病毒抗争的“第二战场”,构建科学、客观的辟谣平台评价指标体系,对于用户选择权威、可靠、及时的“防疫工具”具有重要参考价值。[方法/过程]基于信息生态系统理论和德尔菲法,构建得到3个维度、6个指标的评价体系,采用客观数据进行指标测量,等级评分法进行指标归一化,两两比较法进行指标赋权,最后选取29个辟谣平台进行实证分析。[结果/结论]实证结果表明指标体系的可操作性和实践应用价值较高,为用户决策和辟谣平台优化运营提供了有效借鉴。

[Purpose/Significance]Since the outbreak of the COVID-19,the information epidemic has become the second battlefield for human beings.Constructing a scientific and objective evaluation index system of various rumor-refuting platforms can provide an important reference for users to choose an authoritative,reliable,and timely protective tool against the new coronavirus.[Method/Process]Based on the information ecosystem theory and the Delphi method,we finally constructed an evaluation index system with three dimensions and six indicators of rumor-refuting platforms.Each indicator was scored by objective measurements and normalized by the grade scoring method.The pairwise comparison method was used to weight the indicators.We selected 29 rumor-refuting platforms for empirical analysis.[Results/Conclusion]The empirical analysis results show that the evaluation index system has high operability and practical application value,providing efficacious references for users to select rumor-refuting platforms as well as optimizing the operation of rumor-refuting platforms.
